When faced with having to build on bad soil, such as soft or expansive
soils, we can offer you the solutions you are looking for. A stable
foundation can be achieved in the midst of troublesome building
conditions. Xpert Foundation's Pre-Construction Piers are installed
before the foundation footings are poured, ensuring the stabilization
of the soil prier to construction. Xpert piers can be customized to meet your desired
specifications. They are high tensile, high carbon steel and do not
rust. The piers are environmentally safe, have minimal lateral
movement, can be installed in tight spaces, and are ready to use
immediately after installation.

The
answer to that is NO! Buildings that have failed due to sink holes,
foundations that have crumbled in half, large structures that are
settling towards complete failure, we have seen it all. We are able to
either stabilize the structure from further settling, remediate it by
lifting and restoring the foundation to it's maximum allowable
recovery, or we can also rebuild a new, more stable, foundation.
